Had a decent stay with clean rooms and a spacious jacuzzi that worked well. The beds were uncomfortable, though.. I'd think about returning if the mattresses improved.

The location is excellent, just a short walk from shops and dining, and the indoor pool was a great spot to unwind. Our standard room featured an in-room Jacuzzi, a nice touch. The air conditioning was problematic. Maintenance attempted to fix it but we ultimately had to switch rooms after the second day. There was no housekeeping service on shorter stays, a bit inconvenient. It's a solid choice for families looking for a budget-friendly option with decent amenities.

Clean hotel with lovely views, we think it's a nice comfy base for staying in Lincoln. Accommodating staff, the rooms are individual and exceptionally nice. Do recommend this recently renovated and great property in a fab location close to everything.
